1. Service Overview: Feminine Touch Oven Cleaning is committed to providing a professional, high-standard deep cleaning service. Our services are characterized by meticulous attention to detail, ensuring satisfaction and a pristine finish to all kitchen appliances we are tasked with cleaning.

2. Appointment Scheduling: To maintain our quality of service, a standard oven clean is allotted a minimum of 2 hours, while Range or AGA ovens require 3-4 hours. We offer two daily booking slots: a morning slot around 9/9:30 AM and an afternoon slot around 1/1:30 PM. These timings may adjust slightly due to travel or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Technician Arrival: Upon arrival, our technician will assess the appliances and discuss any pertinent details with you. It is important to note that we do not clean oven elements, move kitchen appliances, or assume responsibility for any electrical faults post-cleaning.

4. Access and Parking Requirements: Free parking must be available on the driveway or directly outside the property for the duration of our service. A clear working area in the kitchen and access to the appliance fused spur are required for service completion.

5. Payment and Deposits: Full payment is due upon service completion. Bookings in November and December require a 50% deposit, secured via bank transfer. This deposit policy also applies to bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, for future services.

6. Booking Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation message via their initial contact method, with details including service type, price, date, and time. A response is required to secure the booking, with follow-up procedures detailed in the message for unconfirmed bookings.

7. SMEG Ovens: Additional charges apply for cleaning SMEG ovens due to their complex features: £15 for single, £20 for double, and £30 for Range cookers.

8. Pre-existing Conditions: Customers must inform our technicians of any known appliance issues before service commencement. If issues preventing the clean are identified upon arrival, a standard call-out charge of £32.50 will apply.

9. Exclusions: We are not liable for corrosion, rust, pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or deterioration of decals. Door seal integrity and screw corrosion issues will be communicated, but we are not responsible for damages arising from these conditions.

10. Liability Waiver: By using our services, you acknowledge our exemption from liability for damages incurred during or as a result of our cleaning services.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: Feminine Touch Oven Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our services or breaches of these terms.

12. Jurisdiction and Severability: These terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes will be adjudicated in its courts. If any term is invalid, the remainder stays effective.
